JOHN WELSH

Inspired by forests, shorelines and countryside John Welsh captures the ever-changing nature of light, atmosphere and terrain. John is a fine artist who captures elements of the landscape through exploration of oil, acrylic and encaustic processes. By layering beeswax, acrylic and oil mediums, John builds rich, tactile surfaces that encourage exploration and evoke a sensory connection to the land.
